Choose the itineraries you would like to have joined together, and add them to your "suitcase." When you are satisfied with your choices, go to your suitcase and fill out the personal information form before submitting your request. If the dates you have chosen to travel are available for the specific itineraries you have selected, we will provide you with a final costing for your trip including all internal air, train, or any other transfer needed. At this point you will have 7 days to pay the balance of your trip. Changes made to a booked itinerary will incur a per change fee of $100 per person plus any additional costs needed to make changes.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you choose to purchase your proposed itinerary, payment in full will be due within 7 days of receiving final costing. If you need to cancel your trip for any reason, 50% of your payment is refundable up until 60 days prior to you departure. Cancellations made within 60 days of departure are non-refundable.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance which you can find in our travel resources.
How much will the cost of connections between modules affect the total cost of the trip?
It often depends on the connections being made, countries visiting, mode of transportation, and time of year. For example: Combining a trip between different countries in Europe and using flying as your mode of transportation would end up being more expensive than staying within Italy and using the train. After you choose your itineraries for your trip, we will get you an estimated cost before you pay anything at which point you can choose to move forward or start again.
Are my meals included in the cost of the itinerary?
If meals are included in the itinerary they are listed on the Detail Page of each itinerary under Inclusions.
