DAY ONE

Upon arrival in Flores, travel to Aguateca for a full day adventure that combines nature and archeology.  A two-hour drive brings you to the tranquil river port town of Sayaxché on the Río Pasión.  Here you will embark on a boat trip downstream to the ruins of Aguateca, capital of the dynasty founded in 645 AD by a prince from Tikal.

After a full day on the river, transfer to your eco-lodge to relax and have dinner.

 DAY TWO

Following breakfast this morning, you will be picked up from your lodge and transferred to Tikal National Park for a privately guided tour.  You will explore this amazing site, with temples that rise up through the jungle canopy as well as a grand variety of tropical animals and bids.

After lunch, you will be have time to explore the museum or return to the site unguided before your transfer back to the lodge by your driver.

DAY THREE

After breakfast this morning, you will be transferred back to Flores Airport for your flight home or to continue on to your next Willing Foot adventure.
